Services:

Luminescent Psyche provides tarot and astrology readings delivered digitally. Private readings are recorded and delivered asynchronously unless otherwise stated. Depending on the service purchased, readings may incorporate tarot, astrology, oracle cards, and other divinatory tools.

No Professional Advice:

Luminescent Psyche readings are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice. We do not diagnose, treat, provide therapy, or offer readings regarding health, pregnancy, or legal matters. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or purchase services.

Payments & Refunds:

Payment is securely processed through Stripe at checkout. Cancellation requests made within 2 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund. After this period, readings are nonrefundable unless we are unable to fulfill your order or the service cannot be delivered as promised.

Refunds will not be issued because you disagree with an interpretation, receive an answer you did not want, or expect something beyond the scope of the reading purchased. If you experience a quality or delivery problem, or encounter circumstances you believe warrant consideration for a refund, please contact us.

Client Responsibility:

You agree to provide accurate information during the booking process, including any questions, relevant context, birth information, or other details required for the service purchased. You are responsible for reviewing your booking information for accuracy and contacting us within 2 hours of booking if you need to make a correction or submit a special request.

For astrology services requiring birth data, the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide may affect the resulting analysis and interpretation.

Intellectual Property:

All original content created and published by Luminescent Psyche, including website copy, social media content, graphics, written materials, reports, educational resources, and digital products, is the intellectual property of The Divinista LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or resold without permission.

Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Divinista LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services.
